Webflow Developer Role

About the role

We are Tinyflow looking for a passionate Webflow developer to join our team. You will develop Webflow projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with the designers and people from the clients side on various projects. For that having great communication capability is a must. You will play a vital role to bring the design to life.

Html:

• You can code In HTML keeping semantic markup in mind
• You are a power user of HTML Attributes

CSS:

• You can develop creative and powerful Web layouts using CSS
• You know CSS3 and SVG animations

Javascript:

• You are a pro when comes to JS
• You can develop creative interactions using GSAP
• You have top-level knowledge of DOM manipulation

Design:

• Attention to detail is a must
• You have a great eye for Design
• You know the best practices for Mobile responsive design
• You can translate Design in Figma into a functional web page
• You have a priority to make the webpage conversion pixel-perfect

Webflow:

• You know the Webflow UI ins and out
• You know how to create engaging micro-interactions using Webflow interactions
• You follow clean and reasonable class naming for your projects
• Your interaction names have a meaning
• You are a power user of Webflow CMS
• You know core Webflow optimization
• You know how to develop in Webflow keeping SEO in mind
• You develop a webpage keeping cross-browser compatibility in mind

Communication:

• You are very good in Written and verbal communication in English
• You ask for help when you don’t know what to do without thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Understand project requirements and translate them into scalable Webflow builds
• Maintain clean and utility first class structure, naming conventions, and reusable components.
• Must be able to adopt our internal Webflow frameworks and maintain our development standards across all projects.
• Proactively stay up to date with Webflow’s latest feature releases, beta updates, and industry best practices to ensure our projects leverage the platform’s full potential.
• Collaborate with team members
• Must have independently developed at least 5 live Webflow websites
• Proven experience implementing Client-First / Saddle or similar frameworks methodology in real projects
• Are open-minded with a bias toward growth, engaging in opportunities to learn, expand your current scope, and consider differing opinions.
